Shirley Herron
Head of Administration
Shirley is a proud mum and grandmother with vast experience in administration. Born in Zimbabwe in a small rural mining town Shirley then moved to South Africa at the age of 17. Where she worked in the Medical Aid industry for a number of years, starting of as a Claims Assessor before being promoted to a Contribution Credit Manager.
Her career in accounting lead her to one of the largest corporate companies in South Africa where she spent 17 years monitoring their turnover, seeing to their group debtors, and providing administrator system support to 30 regions across 5 divisions as well as implementing new systems and the training thereof.
In 2019 Shirley decided that she needed a change and followed her daughter to Malta where she entered the real estate market providing office support for agencies and their associates. Today Shirley is the Front Office Administrator for Malta Sotheby’s International Realty. Her attention to detail, dedication to getting the job done and friendly “can-do” attitude have made her a valued member of the team for the past two years.
