Group Senior Manager - Marketing
Having joined CSB Group in December 2015, Sharon Grima has gained extensive experience in the Group’s service offering and has contributed significantly to the positioning and growth of its brands through a range of marketing initiatives. She currently serves as the Group Senior Manager - Marketing, overseeing the marketing strategy for CSB Group, Malta Sotheby’s International Realty, and UNICO Yachting. Sharon places a particular focus on building strong, distinctive brand identities and implementing integrated marketing strategies.
In June 2024, her role within Malta Sotheby’s International Realty expanded to include full responsibility for all marketing efforts. In this capacity, she plays a key role in driving the brand’s digital growth, enhancing its visibility in both local and international real estate markets, and supporting its positioning as Malta’s leading luxury real estate agency.
Throughout her time at CSB Group, Sharon has gained recognition for her strengths in digital marketing, strategic planning, and brand communication. She has successfully led high-impact campaigns over various digital platforms, website-related projects, content strategy, and performance marketing initiatives. Under her leadership, the in-house marketing team delivers data-driven campaigns across a variety of channels with a focus on consistency and impact.
Sharon holds a B.A. (Hons) Degree in Tourism Studies from the Faculty of Economics, Management and Accountancy at the University of Malta. In 2013, she earned a Master’s in Business Administration with a specialisation in Marketing from the same university. Her academic work was recognised in 2014 when her Master’s thesis, “The effectiveness of email marketing – An empirical research on behaviour of email recipients,” received the Best eBusiness Masters Dissertation Award from the Malta Communications Authority.
Before joining CSB Group, Sharon gained valuable experience in the hospitality and financial services industries, where she developed key skills in brand communication, audience engagement, and marketing leadership.
