Born and brought up in Buckinghamshire, at a young age Richard Bellerby’s family moved out to the country in Suffolk. It is here where his interest in property first peaked after many weekends spent viewing homes with his parents.

After completing his A levels Richard continued on to complete a BA (Hons) Degree in Accounting & Finance and soon began his career as a Charted Accounting in Ipswich. After several years Richard made the move to the bustling city of London where he sought his fortune as a Money Broker. After 20 years of dealing on International Money Markets, specialising in the UD Dollar Derivates Market, trading Forward Rate Agreements and Interest Rate Swaps, he decided to make his next big move to Malta in 2008.

Richards intention was to retire but being a natural born go-getter, he decided to venture into the Real Estate Market in 2012, which he finds stimulating, challenging and exciting. Richard has been a valued member of the Malta Sotheby's International Realty team for the past five years. During this period, Richard has shown incredible dedication to all of his clients and we believe that his attention to detail and commitment to each property he takes on is a direct link to the success he has shown here at Malta SIR.
