We contacted Sotheby's Malta when we were planning to move from Ireland around mid of 2023 and they assigned Marcia Ardila as our contact point. Frankly we couldn't have asked for anyone better to help us with our family move and find a place to live which checked all boxes from our wishlist. She gathered our requirements over calls, even when we were in Ireland and started sharing properties to get our feedback if she is on the right track. This effort itself gave us confidence that we are in good hands. But she went above and beyond when we landed in Malta by picking us up in her car and driving us to the showings. Many of them. In the cut-throat rental market, she showed care, patience and ethical thinking for her clients by not forcing us even once and actually recommending us to drop a couple of properties as we were about to half-heartedly agree to select them due to time constraints. At the end, she found a place which we didn't even think twice to say yes to. It was just perfect.
Moreover she ensured that the meetings with landlord and all the paperwork go smoothly, while keeping a tap on how we are settling in over time.
