His responsibilities included providing analysis for the evaluation of new business opportunities and developing strategies for increased profitability within the International Real Estate, Franchise Development and later moved on to be COO of an International Rope Access Company specializing in the Construction and Oil & Gas/Petrochemical sectors within the MENA region.

It was indeed a pleasure having James as my real estate agent to instruct with the sale of my property in Cospicua, Malta.
From the beginning James was prompt to reply to my initial communication during my enquiry process . There are indeed many agents in Malta, and from that point on i knew James would be a front runner in his willingness to be considered amongst the other big players in the market.
Our first meeting where he came to view the house went extremely well, with his genuine likeable and charming character, he struck the perfect balance of showing professionalism along with friendliness towards myself as a client. He was complimentary on the viewing and showed such enthusiasm for the house and even said at that point "I will sell this house for you," of which he clearly did.
His valuation was spot on with other agents and in total I used five agents to market my property. During this time James excelled way above the competion, without appearimg agressive in his sales technique, which is something which works well with me, but still managed to keep focused and proactive in his approach.
He communicated well throughout and updated me accordingly and how the market was changing rapidly which it was, and we price adjusted according to the changes to ensure we got viewings through the door. He was easy to commincate with via email and phone and always responded quickly.
Im sure behind the scenes with any sales there were hectic times especially dealing with an international and local market, but from my side everything was made to feel calm and efficient and i had total confidence in him.
This out of all years i imagine has been one of the most difficult years for securing sales especially in a specialised market which doesn't always attract your every day client or house purchaser, and also with a nervous market and rapidly changing values, but at the end of the day and through his hard work and negotiating skills it was James who secured the sale, and i was more than delighted and happy to have been his client to achieve this. I cannot thank him enough for everything he has done, and he made the whole process a sincere pleasure.
